Personally I'd just say "bring it on MyMac". Brilliant! They're probably just p'ed because most of their customers wouldn't have the tenacity or knowhow to produce a video for the WWW. What the hell is this guy from MyMac thinking? Surely his first response would be to rectify the problem - instead he's made the situation much worse than necessary. I originally ordered my MacBook online but after returning the third one for fault and having to wait 1 week in between each time as they wouldn't ship to me before receiving and 'processing' the previous one, I asked for my money back so I could purchase from a retail store. Have to say I was kind of disappointed in Apples 'couldn't care less' attitude about the whole saga. Also I really hate the way that tech support policy seems to be to deny knowledge of any common product fault - even if it's all over the internet (e.g: yellowing macbook case, sleep problems, etc). I love my mac but next machine might well end up being an Asus running Ubuntu! It's pretty much the same with a lot of other businesses. We all make mistakes but when they are pointed out to us the smartest thing is to correct them, not argue about it, Save the arguements for the times we are right and even then it's often smart to keep the customer happy for the sake of a few lousy bucks.
