The bleak Christmas

by admin on December 13, 2011

So I face a Christmas this year without seeing my son, for the first time in his 9 years.

For legal reasons I can’t say much at all, but I can say that I can’t even get confirmation that if I send him a Christmas present he will be given it.

I will say publicly that I love him and miss him.

He has always been my life, and always will be.

Merry Christmas to all, and I hope I didn’t bring anyone down.

Duncan, very sorry to hear it.

I’ve always been impressed with your honesty in addition to your career successes. Best wishes and thoughts with you over in LA.

That’s really a bad news for you. And especially during the times when once a year Christmas will happen. And during this times it’s quite essential that family should stay happily together celebrating the holidays. But never the less you can still get your son back. So cheer up and best wishes to both of you.

If the family court has  actually forbidden you from seeing your child then you must have done something fairly serious to either the child or your ex-partner.

Hi Duncan! Your son will read this post and He will appreciate this. I suggest to send an email to a fake account and when he is old enough you can give the username and password for that email account so that He will know what you really felt at times that you want to talk to him . Advance Happy New Year and may you see your son as soon as possible.

I can’t get these laws affecting parent-child relationships. If it’s commanded by law, the ex-partner should also consider giving considerations to the child such that his emotional needs are not affected in any way.

Good luck to you. Your love for your son shall surpass life’s challenges and you shall see you son eventually.

Duncan, always remember that the truth will set you free.  Your son knows you love him so much. He will grow knowing that truth and evrything will be ok.
